Age <40y: Beware Soft Plaque (Ca Score often 0).

Gender

Symptoms (Angina)

Substernal chest pressure / neck / arm pain Provoked by exertion or emotional stress Relieved by rest or Nitrates

Classification: ASYMPTOMATIC

Risk Factors

Diabetes Hypertension Smoker Dyslipidemia Family Hx of Premature CAD

2. Diagnostic Status

Does the patient already have diagnostic test results?
